Outside Bar LE

Outside Bar LE (Long Entry) places a long entry order next bar if
- the current is an outside bar (the bar's Low is less than the previous Low, High is greater than the previous High)
- the Close is greater than the Open
Use Outside Bar SE for entering a short position.
