Settings a customer needs to check if In case historical data is not coming from data vendor’s server only in MultiCharts, please check the following settings:

Before checking the settings in MultiCharts, it is recommended to check the historical data availability in data vendor's software.
# The software is in [[Problems with Data in MultiCharts#Online/Offline Mode|Online mode and Download Missing Historical Data box]] is checked;
# The [[Built-in Data Sources|date source]] is set up correctly in QuoteManager;
