Hi
If you enable Self-adaptive trading / optimization set for every 24 hours, will this re-optimization work while running data play back mode?

Diamond Backtesting & Walk Forward Manager
Hi
Has anyone tried the Diamond backtesting program recently, just wanted to see if it is now compatible with the MC 64 bit versions. Also, does it provide much more backtest benefits than the new updated MC backtesting
Thanks

Profit Target Outliers [SOLVED]
I am trying to figure out why when using the MC built in standard Profit target signal, I often get outsized profit target fills. E.G. When I am running an intraday strategy trading the ES, and using a profit target of $125/contract, some fills in the back test results show a profit of $750. The ini...

MC dollar trailing stop
I have frequently had an issue of after a filled LE or SE order, there is a delay of the MC dollar trailing stop, being entered into the system. Sometimes it gets entered next bar or 2 or 3 bars later. I would like it to consistently be entered immediately upon receiving a fill on a market position....

Yes, I understand that, however often I get fills near the low of bar and lower than the opening, that would not happen if a buy at market order went in right at the opening of the next bar.

"Buy next bar at market" [SOLVED]
A common coding in a LE script, after conditions are met is often something like "Buy ( "MA2CrossLE" ) next bar at market" So in a liquid market like CL, that should mean getting filled around 1 tick above the bar opening value. But I find this is almost never the case when running the in sim mode i...

I am currently using a 6000 ticks bar and wanted to know what play back mode settings would give the most realistic performance results. Keep it set at 6000 ticks or have it play back at 1 tick at a time? The performance results I get when a strategy is running in sim mode, changes dramatically when...

Is there somewhere that someone has done a review of the automated trading strategies listed under 3rd party developers on the Multicharts site? IE. SE and LE signals. on the same instru at the same time?
I tried running an LE and a SE signal on the same instrument at the same time. But once one of the signals was triggered ( say LE), then the system would not take a SE signal, if the there was still an existing long position. Is there a way to overcome this?
Thanks

I read an article saying ATR band signals over comes some of the weaknesses of ATR trailing stops. Does anybody know where there is an available signal for the ATR Band signals for MC, to test out this theory?
Or has anybody tried this out already, and can give some feed back?
Thanks
