i agree 100% with arnie - in this day and age, and especially for trading, one should definitely look into an SSD. they're relatively cheap and like arnie said, dramatically improves your cpu performance noticeably. i went with the intel x25 120gb SSD. this may be a little overkill for most, but hey...
