Which versions do you use for IB and for Multicharts?

Can you please install this updater, so close all instances of MC, unzip this file. install exe file, run MC as ussual. Let me know if it worked and if you need anything else.

The memory issue will be resolved in MC7 which should be out at the end of February. Untill than I recomend you open a few instances of Multicharts so the load can be distributed. I also recomend you look through this thread: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=8189

Mostly this problem will be fixed in MC7 and it is coming out pretty soon!

Who is your data provider and what symbols are you trying to build?

If you have TWS 914-915, we recomend you install it.

Which TWS version are you using? If you using the latest please install this updater. Make sure you close all Multicharts instances and QM and unzip the file, run updater.exe and than run MC as ussual. This is an updater for TWS version 914-915

This is an updater you need to install for this version of TWS. You need to close MC and QM and double check everything is closed in Task Manager, than unzip this file and run updater .exe. Then open MC everything should be great.

we don't have this option right now, and it won't be availible in MC7 either. I would recomend you add this to our Project Manager as a feature request.
