The opportunities to trade forex with MultiCharts can be counted on one finger of one hand? LMAX won't allow you to set stoplost or takeprofit order more than 2% away from market price....

LMAX, if you are scalping. Long term trader forget it. Dukascopy alright, tight spread, but have some bugs.

About 4 years has passed, just wondering MC changed their mind to make a connection with Dukas to get history data or not? LMAX good spread and execution but not suit for swing traders because their connection with MC has limitation that limit the stop lost and take profit price no more than 5% away...

Would Amazon EC2 be a viable alternative for backtesting and optimizing in MultiCharts/MultiCharts .NET instead of buying a new high-end desktop pc every year? Given the (relatively) lower cost of computing power through EC2 and no need to invest in (maintenance of) hardware, this might be cheaper....

There is no prebuilt reserved word or function to calcualte it. You need to calcualte it first, then you will be able to plot it.

the beauty of Multicharts is that signal is not hard to write. I just find writing a signal is the same work of writing a indicator. if i can't get a signal done, i can't get a indicator done. ^_^

Yes, you are right, the hardest part is get an email that when stop or profit has triggered. Anyone can help?
