The "Preferences" window tells me that my data is stored here:

C:\ProgramData\TS Support\MultiCharts64\Databases\

But when I scour my c: drive, I find no such directory.

Might anyone shed light on this?

For some reason, my charts display no data from this past Friday. Instead, they jump from Thursday to today. I have tried closing all workspaces, then choosing "clear cache" in quote manager, but to no avail. I would really hate to have to delete all my data and start over. Is there a solution short...

Charts are lagging badly now all-of-a-sudden. I thought things were ok, not now running about 5 minutes behind the market. I think we're having some heavy volume here but still...

I'm going to rebuild charts from the ground up this weekend to see if that takes care of things.

Belated followup to Henry, as well as eegroup, danigiu, arnie...

Looks like the situation may have been cleared up by simply copying the charts and then pasting them into the same workspace. I'll be watching Monday's open closely to make sure I'm not imagining this ;-)

"Up to and including" does not imply that upgrade privileges stop with the Gold version. I see nothing from tssupport that implies any backtracking from their stated upgrade pledge to lifetime license holders. Indeed, it seems as if you're inventing a controversy where none really exists...

Hi -- I notice that on setting audile alerts -- when, for example, price crosses a horizontal line -- the default sound is "ding.wav". I see no way. however, to add additional .wav sound files. How does one do this? Please tell me there is a way!
