Hello,
Is it possible to create TS's "Custom Renko" bars in MultiCharts?
I'm married to the "Custom Renko" bars in TS but would like to get out of the issues I have with TS.
Any insight/help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: MULTICHARTS 8.8 RELEASE
Henry, "Merging" option is unchecked... I checked it and it still is shows the same pricing inconsistencies... went back and unchecked "Merging". I have been able to get it to work correctly... I changed symbol "CLK4" to "ESM4" on each chart and they are in sync. I then created a new workspace for "...

Re: MULTICHARTS 8.8 RELEASE
Charts of the same symbol show different pricing?
I keep refreshing the charts but it keeps re-occurring!

MAtricks... exactly. To run a system based on a indicator, then on another indicator, then on another... Yikes!

Re: Custom Bar Type (A user defined/scripted bar)Feature Req
This is what is holding me back from using (paying) for MultiCharts... no Kase bars. My system is built around these Kase bars and found no other bar works as accurately for my system.
Please... Kase Bars or allow us to create our own bar types.

Henry... thank you for your reply.
From your comments this is not something MultiCharts plans on adding to the platform?
This is what is needed for me to leave your competitor.

Re: Where Are the Kase Bars?
I am still looking for "Kase Bars"... would it be possible to add this myself by coding? TJ and MATricks: Kase bars are similar to range bars, except they use a true range instead of the range of the current bar, and they only use real data (gaps are not filled). MultiCharts, is there a way for me t...

Re: DOM INSTRUCTIONS/TUTORIAL
Hello all, You can find the information you request here - https://www.multicharts.com/traders-blog/?p=229 Manual Trading and DOM sections. It does not exhaustively cover all of the available options, but gives you a pretty good idea of what can be done. Can you answer "why does it constantly say i...

Re: Where Are the Kase Bars?
MAtricks... can you elaborate on your statement? Are the range bars constructed identically to Kase bars?No need for Kase bars. Multicharts builds their Range Bars (point bars) correctly.

Re: Where Are the Kase Bars?
TJ, thanks for the reply... is there any documentation to this fact? Coming from TS Range Bars and Kase bars are handled differently.

Re: ELD Floating Point Error (TS vs MC)
ABC, The line in the INDICATOR code that has the division is as follows: Variables: DOTS (0) DOTS = hy_average ((CLOSE+HIGH+LOW) /3, 5) ; and the FUNCTION hy_average is as follows: Inputs: Price(NUMERICSERIES), Length(NUMERIC); hy_Average = hy_Summation (Price, Length)/Length ; Do you think it is th...

Re: ELD Floating Point Error (TS vs MC)
Henry, I have already reviewed that link but really have no idea how to implement it in my code... like TS, there are really no good examples of how to implement the code for the neophyte like myself. Can you give an example of how and where to place in indicator code? Also, there is only one divisi...

ELD Floating Point Error (TS vs MC)
Hello,
I am trying out MultiCharts64 v8.5. I imported my .eld file and I get the dreaded "Floating-point division by zero" error which does not occur with TS 9.1 ~ does anyone have any insight why this would be?
