What is the easiest way to add the sp500 symbol list to a watchlist?

multicharts 32 bit 8.7 build 7633, mbtrading latest desktop pro v 2.2.0.41 . price is usually off 5x up or down, ie: 17 goes to 117 in a gap, sample hourly attatched. several years never seen this before. random yet constant, seems to have happened in the last upgrade only on this 32 bit machine run...
