I get this message when attempting to log in. Considering I just made this month's payment (and I'm subscribing on a continuous monthly basis) I find this odd.
Please correct this problem immediately. Paying customers should have continuous access to their accounts. Thank you.

I just started subscribing to MCFX this week and have been checking things out. I was a long time TS user and have also used NT, Neoticker, etc. Just wanted to say thanks for all the hard work you've put into this product. It's very user friendly in a lot of ways.
