I think Thomas is referring to plotting an arrow when a condition is met, like a moving average cross.
I don't think it's possible but you need to ask Marina to be sure.

I'm not sure how TS2ki stored data but it was never a cpu issue. The Global server also had the option of doing an immediate "Nightly Maintenance" whenever you wanted to, I believe that stored any data still in memory, immediately.
It sounds like you have a good solution in the gold release.

When I've done that, I make one indicator into a function, then call that function in the indicator on the chart, or just build them into one, in the power editor.

I think TS2ki had an indicator called "Strategy Equity" to do that.

I used to run a single core 3,0gig (with hyperthreading) and the cpu usage was about 25% at times, now on a quad core it's down to less than 8%. I run about 15 pages of charts, with about 4 charts/page and probably 6 indicators/chart. the quad core really helps, especially the .45nm CPU, they run ve...

I've seen that happen on Ver 5.2 as well. It seems to be occasionally and not every time.

After doing an upgrade, you have to re-verify all studies. I usually just open the power editor by itself, after the upgrade and do a "verify all". Then open MC.

Is ver 5.3 still coming out in Jan ?

I think Marina mentioned that Ver 5.3 would be out by the end of the month. Tomorrow is the end of the month.

I don't think you can import xpo data.
IB has historical back-fill for about 1 year. If you need more, if you can get it ascii format, you can import that into MC.
