Kate,
If that is the case, a courtesy email or notification on the forum advising people to that effect, would have been much appreciated. Unfortunately, this information has come too late for me.

Everyone - check your subscription rate!!!
I have just discovered that even though MCFX Pro is, and has been for some time only $79 / month, because I signed up when it was $99 a month TS Support kept charging me $99. Basically, I was being overcharged $20/month for several months. When the subscription rate changed, they did not alter my ra...

Because you couldn't actually start the app, you couldn't change the port settings as they only take hold once you start the app, change the port and then re-start the ap...

Can't get to gain feed - port 9000
I am running 2 instances of MCFX - one basic and one pro. Neither can now get to port 9000 (Gain feed). This only happened when I restarted the charts. It says the firewall is stopping the software connecting. Well, I can tell you it's no firewall at my end. I'm using 2 different PC and I checked bo...

Just thought I'd add some more info, I had to refresh a GBPUSD chart so I thought I'd time how long it took. It's 2 charts in one (one hidden) 2400 bars of 240min data and 700 bars of 960min data. Not a huge amount of data by any means. It took just under 3 minutes from when the chart went blank to ...

Just a question this time re the price line
On my charts the price scale is 4 decimal places e.g. 1.9650 but the little "bar" that indicates current price has 7 decimal places e.g. 1.9650000. I've looked everywhere but can't see a place I can change that. It's more just annoying than anything else. Is there any way to change it so it only sho...

Using port 9000 yet EURUSD says FXCM - Why?
I am using the Beta MCFX Pro. I have set it up to login to port 9000 (Gain feed from what I gather) yet I opened a EURUSD 5 min chart and it states on the top of the window FXCM. What gives? Is it Gain or is it FXCM?

Kate, I have reduced the back data for the lower time frames and that has offered a marginal improvement. Alex, Under what conditions are you getting 10 sec chart loads? I can honestly say that I can never get anywhere near that sort of performance. Guys,
One feature that would be really usefull is the Fibonacci expansion (not retracement as you already have - which in itself is useful). If you're not sure what I mean you can check out how it works on MT4 and TS
