I think the OP is asking for the ability to plot Volume Delta Charts based on a PNF 4, 5 or 6 tick reversal. This would be similar as to what you can do in other Volume Profile(Delta) charts on at least one platform MD charts.

I had this problem last night and around 2AM EST it went away, IB does server reboots from 7PM EST to 1AM EST.

Usually you'll have data feed outages around those times.

I know OptionsXpress has an API, now that they have taken over XpressTrade and offer Futures along with Stocks are there any plans to incorporate their API?

I've mentioned this to them and they state that the chart provider would need to contact them.
