The reason of trebling charts is price scale width. MultiCharts automatically chooses the optimal width and it means the price scale space can be wider or bit more narrow.
It is dictated by indicators price scale.
Set manual setting in Format Window->Y-price scale and it will not jump back and forth.

Pevel, I understand your concerns. We publish what's new for each and every version we release. You never know how your minor changes will affect performance. Sometimes we make major features and they work fine. Other times we make small changes that make big troubles for users. So beta is beta. You...

Thank you for the bug report. You should understand we release betas to debug. It is impossible to cover all situations in our regression testing, but we do it carefully. MultiCharts is a gigantic program consisting of millions of lines code. We find majority of new problems in our internal alpha te...

I installed beta4 over the weekend and noticed that the hard drive is being constantly accessed. It seems that every tick is being written to the hard drive, rather than being held in memory, then dumped to the drive every few minutes, as in previous versions. Is this the new normal or a bug ? I mu...

Steven, Beta 4 has a new and very important feature. It saves data to the local storage every X seconds and thus if your MC crashes you will lose data just for last X seconds. However this operation is fast and efficient and is not visible for a user. MC saved data to the memory before and flushed o...

Re: Fake signal problem
From time to time, fake signals are plotted on the chart. In such case, when you close the chart and reopen, the fake signal is gone. Or the reverse. A real signal did not appear realtime but later it shows up. No one ever experience similar issues? I suspect this is related to the CPU load when ma...

Hi Fabrice! You don’t have to purchase the second license. All you need to do is to run you backtesting computer first. Then run your autotrading box and it will disconnect your first PC (backtesting). Until you double click on Unauthorized button and after press OK, your backtesting PC will never d...

Your claim regarding the credit card information sounds very offensive. Who did give you the right to publicly claim such things on our home page? It is very hard to serve people who consider you as a cheater a priori. We will not serve you until you apologize for your absurd claim. To all other use...

Re: "most important issues" ;)
If this "most important issue" is getting in the way of profitable trading; see attached. Well, OK, maybe this can't be considered a "most important issue" but it is an annoying one. Yes, removing the status bar resolves the problem but the status bars is there to give important information, being ...

I just changed the resolution on a 10 min @ESM9 that has been open all day to 5min. It took 58 seconds. The amount of time seems to be related to how busy the symbol is (that is quicker when the market is quiet overnight and very slow during busy times). The time of a day shouldn’t be a reason. Wha...

TJ, MultiCharts plots Total volume in real-time almost identical to NT and AB. I can upload a video if needed. Please keep in mind that this volume is slightly different than IB TWS volume and it is true for NT and AB too. I assume the issue is related to the way we generate ticks and TWS does. It i...
