How to open BigPointValue function in PowerLanugage Editor.
There isn't anything to open in the BigPointValue 'function', since it doesn't performs calculations like regular function does (such as the 'XAverage' function).

It contains information from the current instrument and QuoteManager settings for that instrument. Also see the wiki page: BigPointValue.
I don't see this function and many other function in the right hand side functions list.
It's not in the functions list, but under Data Information/General:

If you can't see the Help tab, go to View --> Output Bar in the PowerLanguage Editor.

it is not considered to be a Function but a Reserved Word and, like the reserved words 'Round' and others, there is no ability to access the underlying code.
