Hi,
I am trying to make a session template for FOREX which will work from the following:
For Monday
Sunday 5pm Eastern Time to Monday 5pm Eastern Time
For Tuesday
Monday 5pm Eastern Time to Tuesday 5pm Eastern
For Wednesday
Tuesday 5pm Eastern Time to Wednesday 5pm Eastern
For Thursday
Wednesday 5pm Eastern Time to Thursday 5pm Eastern
For Friday
Thursday 5pm Eastern Time to Friday 5pm Eastern Time
I want this to be in a subchart of my main 5 min chart. The subchart will have daily bars so i can calculate values from the daily bar series. However, I need the daily bars to fall on the 5am time mark. Interestingly, I have created a session template with the appropriate times, assigned it to the subchart, and the daily bar falls on the correct 5pm mark on the last bar, but the prior daily bars are falling on midnight, not 5am.
How do I fix this?

Re: Session Template Issues [SOLVED]
Hello KhaosTrader,
The bars were already written to the database with the session setting specified at the moment the data was requested from the data provider. After changing the session settings all historical bars remain the same, all new bars are affected by the changes. In order to apply the new session settings for historical bars you need to plot them on the chart and reload the chart.
