The attached images were taken within seconds of each other. The Open Positions Tab shows no orders, however, there were open orders as displayed in the Position History. See the attachments please.

DO NOT turn off your MultiCharts.Hello,

If you have closed your MultiCharts, DO NOT restart it again.
Please contact tech support so that they can retrieve the logs from your computer for analysis.

Thank you for the reply. Unfortunately I already closed and restarted. Are there instructions on where to find the logs in the event this happens again?

Or just create a zip file with the folders yourself (the logs folder location is in the Windows start menu) and save yourself hours waiting till MultiCharts Support opens. :]DO NOT turn off your MultiCharts.
