Hi to all,
I have problem with multicharts connection to IwBank quickTrade.
Once I launch the two applications everithing looks working perfectly but after a while it
stops working, I cannot download data anymore and the portfolio trader stops...
Iw bank quick trade still works but something stops working between QuickTrade and Multicharts
Anybody can help?

I did it, they say that since iw quick trade is working correctly is not their problem, multi charts says to call them... I also send E-mail to both multi charts and iwBank, no answer..
The result is that I paid a costly subscription for a software that I cannot use!!!

I didn't have any help from IwBank... As I said their platform is working correctly so they say it not their problem.... Maybe you can help connecting with my computer to find out what's the problem

When having such problems the best thing to do is going directly to Live Chat so the guys at MC support can connect to you PC and see what is happening.I didn't have any help from IwBank... As I said their platform is working correctly so they say it not their problem.... Maybe you can help connecting with my computer to find out what's the problem
A lot is missing using an email. Maybe MC support didn't understand you email, maybe iwbank didn't.
Live chat should be always your first choice when dealing with such problems.
