Hi all,
I use LMAX data feed but through platform LMAX I see candles compared to Multicharts using same ticks. Why? There are settings that I don't make?
Thanks,

Re: Difference (x)ticks [SOLVED]
This can be caused by a number of different reasons, including:
- Do both charts have the same sessions?
- Are both chars fed by the same kind of feed (so no comparison of a demo account feed versus a funded account feed)? (The LMAX price data from the demo account differs from the actual, real price data that funded accounts get)
- Your MultiCharts chart uses 'Trade' data while the web-based chart seems to use 'Bid' data. Perhaps there's a difference in number of ticks per data type.
And, more technical:
- Does the web-based platform use the same granularity as MultiCharts does? I can imagine that, to keep the web-based platform running smoothing, that bars are updated with 'snapshots' instead of tick-by-tick.
- Perhaps the web-based platform uses another API and/or 'polling frequency'.
(To summarise: I can't say what causes this difference you're experiencing).
