I put VINT.Z which is the NYSE shares traded from DTN IQ into a chart to pull 1 minute data going back a couple years.
While I see the chart for this which results in something with just price and no volume data, when I go into the quote manager and try to look at the data or export it, it doesn't show any data.
Is there some issue with saving the data for this type of symbol?
Please advise

Re: Downloading VINT.Z NYSE Shares Traded Minute Data
Hello, borsaci,
We received the email with the same question, and I have sent the response to your mailbox.
Please try the following solution.
In case you have a chart, for example VINT.Z, 1 minute, Trade, that has been collecting data for a while and then you want to export – do the following:
- go to the main MultiCharts menu -> File tab -> press “Flush Cached Data to Database”;
- go to QuoteManager -> VINT.Z -> Export Data -> ASCII -> Make sure that you select the same data that you request on the chart. In this example, “Minute” checkbox shall be checked in the “Trade” column.
If you see the data in the preview section, it means the data is present in the database and can be exported.
