Chart frozen, data stops IB V14.013

Just wanted to see if there are others that are experiencing that charts becomes frozen?, in this case from IB, while bid ask is working.
I have had this data stopping/charts frozen with IQ, but never IB before.
I am using latest, 16n gateway.
Collecting data using extended mc logs, but its extremely frustrating not being able to rely on the execution setup.

I find it odd, that if one is searching on the forum for charts frozen or data stops etc, it seems like an issue that has been present for years, has it ever been properly fixed ?

I have never had as much problem with my execution as in 2022, but 2019,20,21 was very robust with MC, and reliable, perhaps its v14 that is causing it??

Would be a shame being forced to reverse back to 12.

“Data stops” is quite uncertain definition, i.e. if anyone used a similar definition in the forum before, it does not mean that the case is the same as yours. Therefore if anyone faces “data stops” we recommend to report it directly to our support email or live chat for further investigation.
