Bid/Ask not displayed in Trading Panel after instrument changed

When I switch to another instrument in an existing chart window with IB data feed, in some cases no bid/ask is displayed in the chart trader panel. When I copy&paste the chart window with the new instrument, bid/ask is displayed immediately. The issue never occurs when a new chart window is opened or when a new MC instance is started, only when the instrument is switched in an existing chart window. It happens both with futures and equities. I have had this issue for years, both with MC12 and MC14, and wonder if other users experience the same.

The behaviour is not reproduced on our end.

Please reproduce it and send us logs via the main MultiCharts window -> Help -> Feedback.
In the Feedback window select the following options:
Attach a screenshot; (please make sure the issue and your PC time is visible)
Attach log files…;
Snapshot of the current MC setup;
Open workspaces…;
Upload collected data to Help Desk;
uncheck other options and click Send.

Also, if possible, please record a video demonstrating the behaviour and post it here or send it to our support email.
