QuoteManager failed to continuously download historical data from interactive broker

I try to download historical data from interactive brokers across mutiple days. However I runninng into one issue almost every day and have to restart everything all over again.
I attached log below, the key error is "2108, Market data farm connection is inactive". It seems that IB server restarted and provide alternative server "demand.usfarm.nj" or "demand.cashfarm". But seems Multicharts failed to either switch over to alterative or providing break point resume if I restart QuoteManager and download process, so I am basicly stuck there. Please advise how could work around.

Hello rlinvest221,

Please make sure you’re using the latest version of MultiCharts (14.0 Release Build 25218) or MultiCharts .NET (14.0 Release Build 25220). Also please disable antivirus/firewall software if you have it installed on your PC.

If you use the latest version of the app and no antivirus/firewall software is running but still encounter this issue, please send us logs via the main MultiCharts window -> Help -> Feedback.
Please select the options:
  • Attach a screenshot;
  • Attach log files…;
  • Snapshot of the current MC setup;
  • Upload collected data to help desk;
uncheck other options and click Send.
We will check the logs and get back to you via email.
