Exchanges & ECNs, Time Zone: Inquiry about DST Adjustments Based on 'From System Options'

Hello MultiCharts Community & Support Team,

Apologies if this has been asked elsewhere; however, I would like confirmation of MultiCharts behaviour when using time zones 'From System Options'.

My assumption is when a time zone is selected 'From System Options', MultiCharts will use the Microsoft governed time zone and Dynamic DST database that it updates periodically (stored in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Time Zones).

Confirmation of my assumption will help me decide what direction I want to take in setting up custom exchanges.

Yes, MultiCharts uses time zones from the registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Time Zones
