I am having similar error for last few days while carrying out optimization, the process starts well somewhere in the middle it crashes.

The system has generated log files and have been forwarded to you. Will appreciate your suggestions.

Hello SUPER,

If the isue is reproduced again, please send us the report as described below. It is important to do it at the moment when the issue is reproduced, before MultiCharts is restarted.

Open the Feedback application. You can access it through Windows Start Menu -> MultiCharts folder -> Feedback. In the Feedback window please select:

Attach a screenshot;
Attach Log files…;
Attach minidumps…;
Upload collected data to help desk; and click Send.

If the Feedback is not accessible, please make dumps using MC Dumper:

We will investigate it and let you know,
