Hi.
I am trying to chart continuous contracts of ZS
on Multicharts.
I set the continuous contracts setting as I posted.
There's data missing from 10/16/2009~10/18/2010.
What should I do to make this right?
3 picture-files are attached below.
Regards.

Re: Problem charting eSignal data on Multicharts.
Dear rokanten,
Please try to reload the chart. If it does not help then:
1. Plot charts for normal contracts, same period and same resolution - 1 Day, trades , ZS. If you have data on these charts, please come to our Live Chat between 6:30AM and 10AM EST so we can connect to your computer remotely and investigate the issue.
2. If there is no data on these charts, then please close MC and run QM. Then, you should do one of the following:
a) Delete (rename) symbols with gaps in Quote Manager and add them again.
OR
b) Delete daily trade data from the symbols with gaps starting from 2009.
Then close Quote Manager, run MC and plot charts for individual contracts. If you see data on them, you should see it on custom futures chart also.
