Sunday forex session start @ 5:15 pm, it it normal

Maybe a dummy question but...

My Sunday session only start at 5:15 pm (New York time). Is it normal. To my understanding, market do open at 5:00

I already checked mine (MCFX) first 1 min bar is at 5:01.

Please let me know who is your data feed.
Have you added the symbol manually?
To check and configure sessions please go to Quote manager->right click on the symbol->Edit symbol->Sessions.

On IB contract info page it is said that EUR.USD starts trading at 17.15 on Sunday on IDEALPRO exchange.
If the data is provided bu IB in pre-session hours and you would like to receive it-you can change the session settings.

If "Regular Trading Hours" option is enabled-only the data for session hours will be downloaded from the server.
If "Regular Trading Hours" option is disabled-additional non-session data will be downloaded, in case it is provided by IB.
This option affects only symbols that have non-session data provided (TWS->Chart settings->Chart Parameters->Show data outside of regular trading hours).
For EUR.USD @IDEALPRO this option is grayed out in TWS.
It means that this symbol is not affected by "Regular Trading Hours" option.
You need to define the sessions using Quote manager.
I would recommend you to add the symbol from data source:
In the Quote manager please go to Instrument tab->Add symbol->From data source-> IB.
And then define custom sessions using Exchange time.
