The study can appear on the subchart of the data series or on a new individual subchart. It is defined by the study property "same as symbol" (right click on the study in the PL .NET Editor->Properties).
If you want an indicator to appear on an individual subchart - you need to uncheck "same as symbol" in your script properties. If you want an indicator to appear on the same subchart as your symbol - you need to check "same as symbol" in your script properties.
You need to re-apply the indicators and save a new study template to make the option change come into effect for the existing/saved indicators.
