if this happens in realtime, you might be able to fix this in MultiCharts by disabling the “Include "Unreportable Last" Trades” box in the Interactive Brokers data feed settings in QuoteManager -> Tools -> Data Sources. Restart both MC and IB TWS to apply the changes.

Thank you for the quick reply.
I immediately changed the settings and checked on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to see how things were going, and it seems that the block trade values were filtered out successfully.
