Dear Rich,

It's hardly possible if you are using the new version. Could you please let us know what is your version? You can check this in the menu Help > About.

I have the latest version. I've showed it to you this morning. Today at 5 pm it stoped refreshing. If I press Ctrl + R it's okay.
