Hourly charts all out of whack again

There are considerable discrepancies between 60m and 1h charts in last week's data in all the pairs I've looked at. The problems are broadly similar to the last time this occurred: data is gappy, candles are missing their tails in some instances, and particularly, uptrends are composed of down bars and vice versa.

I've attached a few screen grabs. The bottom window in each chart is RSI(5) of each curve, overlaid. Where there are errors, the green and blue lines diverge.
