Hi there,
There is a crosshair ghosting issue when you layer one chart on top of another. Please see the attached screenshot. It may be minor visually but may have some sort cpu consumption issue or something because for some reason the crosshair moves sluggishly when this chart layering situation is present.
With kind regards,
MK

Re: Crosshair ghosting when charts layered
Hello MidKnight,
Please send me the following information for further investigation (support@multicharts.com):
- workspace you are using
- in QuoteManager select the symbol you are using, make a right click on it->Export data->Export instrument->settings only, no data.
- in Power Language editor->File->Export->export with dependent functions the studies you are using on the workspace you are providing.
Is File->Preferences->Appearance->Improve visual appearance of drawing tools enabled?
Please create a screenshot of the options in View tab and View->Tracking settings.

Re: Crosshair ghosting when charts layered
Hi there Henry,
There is no special workspace required to replicate this. Just open a blank workspace and layer one chart over the other. With the top chart in focus, activate the crosshairs. The charts are just plain price charts with no extra studies placed.

Hello MidKnight,
We were unable to replicate this behavior in our environment.
What is the model of your video card? Is video card driver up to date?

The driver is fairly current but may not be the exact latest release. Here is a screen shot of the device.
