I am trying to create a continuous futures contract for the DAX using eSignal data.
The individual quaterly contracts exist in the QuoteManager.
I go to INSTRUMENTS > ADD CUSTOM FUTURES. I select the data source from the drop down, give a name to my proposed continuous futures contract and try and pick the Symbol Root from the drop down. However, there is no AX present in the list.
What am I missing?
TIA

Re: Ceating Continuous Contract
Hello momentum,
You need to add a symbol root manually if it is missing for your data provider in the Symbol Dictionary list in the QuoteManager.
Here is how to add symbol roots to the dictionary.
