Shaking Chart

Postby alpha » 12 Mar 2007

Yes, shaking all over. Odd but true. Fine when maximised but almost breakdancing when small. Symbol FGBL JUN07.

Dear alpha,

Fine when maximised but almost breakdancing when small.

Please give some more details about this issue.

It is happening again so looking at the chart it has to be something to do with the eod setting, maybe data is still coming in and the adopted settings are wrong, particularly as the market goes through until much later. See gif

I still do not understand what exactly is the problem. Your screenshot is not very helpful. I'd like you to contact us via HelpDesk please.

I get this too sometimes. The chart 'judders'. Its like on each tick it thinks its a new bar and shifts all the bars left very briefly. It then redraws them back correctly. As I say this looks like a 'judder'.

Cheers,
nick.
