Missing data in 2 and 3 day charts

There seem to be a lot of missing days in the 2 and 3 day charts in some pairs in port 8000. GBP/USD seems particularly bad. Could this be fixed?

Have you tried reload (ctrl+R)? If you have and it doesn't help to eliminate the gaps, could you please post a screen shot showing where exactly those gaps are placed.

Yes.

Please see the attached file BAD_DATA.png

You can see that the run up from 1.3600 to 1.3900 in the 1 day chart has no vertical gaps, but there are gaps in the 2 and 3 day charts indicating that data is missing. Some candles are also missing their tails.

There is also a problem in the 1 day chart in the circled area. The close of the 30.08.2007 gaps up nearly 40 pips to the open of the 31.08.2007 bar, indicating more missing data.

There are many problems like this in many of the currency pairs.

Hello,

The reason why you had all those gaps and discrepancies between different resolutions was caused by daily data being duplicated on our server. We are currently working to fix this issue.
