Bigger icon option

Hello

Is there a way to have bigger icon display
I'm having problem to differentiate the scale tool icon on my task bar.

Anybody is aware of a software that I could use to magnify only this tiny region. I did try Microsoft magnifier and 2 other software but they are following my mouse. Only the bottom task bar that i need to be magnified

Please don't laugh at old people....

Unfortunately there is no native way for that.
