Hi, MC3.0 locks up every so often on a few different things. Is there any way to quickly force a dump or whatever when MC3.0 is showing "not responding" in the MS task manager window. Maybe logs. If so maybe I can automate the sending of these somehow with Access to make it faster. I would prefer to avoid missing trading time rather than get on with helpdesk.
Any way to send info when MC locks up.

Along this line of thought, what about that MS popup that shows up every time we cancel a program from the task manager (in this case MC locking up). It asks if we want to send the info to MS. Can that be redirected to a different place some how such as TS Support if we know it relates to MC? Would it even be of value?
