I have installed MutliCharts on an Amazon EC2 VPS and am seeing frequent "no real-time data" from the data server. Given the timestamps, I suspect that it is due to the session times defined for the symbols, but they look correct to me. What can be causing this?

Re: Frequent disconnects
Hello, firemag!
Please, make sure that MultiCharts is run as administrator and that you're using the latest updates of MultiCharts and TS.
Also please, make sure that no antiviruses or firewalls running on your server that can prevent MultiCharts from proper working.

Re: Frequent disconnects
Both are up-to-date, there is no antivirus software on the server and all appropriate ports, as far as I know, are open. Besides, it seems to be intermittent, so if it was a firewall issue, I would expect it to be an all-or-none type of situation. But I have another issue I'm trying to resolve and saw your other message about connecting to live chat, so will do that and perhaps both issues can be resolved. Please, make sure that MultiCharts is run as administrator and that you're using the latest updates of MultiCharts and TS.
