I'm trying to import a symbol list from a text file. I've read all the documentation. For some reason it is not working. All I ever get is
"0 symbol(s) have been imported into Portfolio"
I've attached an image of the text file. Any ideas?

TrendFirst,
A symbol cannot be created if there is no corresponding exchange added in QuoteManager. Please add all exchanges from your list:

You can clone an existing exchange and change its abbreviation to speed up the procedure:

Re: 0 symbol(s) have been imported into Portfolio
Hi Svetlana
Thanks for your reply.
There was one stock in the list that had the exchange listed as NCM (Non Clearing Member). I attempted to add NCM using NASDAQ as a clone, but I got the message that I must use a unique abbr, so it did not work as outlined in the documentation. I could not add NCM.
So I changed the exchange for that symbol to NASDAQ, which is listed in QuoteManager. I tried to import the list again. Got the same message as always.
It seems there are some subtleties to the import process that are not obvious to me. Have you been able to import this list?
PS: It would be nice if the error messages were more descriptive. The current error message gives zero hints as to what the problem is.

It is required to replace “Stock” category with “Stocks”.
Please see attached files.
