Is the data from Historical Data Download Scheduler cached? So that after the scheduled task, the multicharts needs to be closed to have all grabbed data flush to database?

Hello,
You can force the historical data to be saved into the data base without closing MultiCharts and all its processes,
To do that please go to MultiCharts > File > Flush Cached Data to Database or Quote Manager > Edit > Flush Cached Data to Database.
