If you use 2 timeframes (fractals), and make one of them invisible (Data 2), you can only see the bars of Data 1, obviously. These bars are distorted (they do not plot as OHLC or HLC bars)- you can not see the open or close.
Can this be fixed somehow? The ability to plot 2 fractals or timeframes in the same chart is useful, but not if it graphically messes up the chart you plot.

This is mine on Ver4 beta3.
Not sure what you mean by fractals but this is dual data streams, no problem with open or close on bars of data1..

By fractals I mean Different Volume bar increments, one a fractal of the other.
e.g. Data 1 is 2400 Volume bars, data 2 340.
Now you try to make data 2 invisible, but have an indicator visible that uses Data 2.
You plot Data1 only- you can not see the open and the close. You get some kind of a strange wick... try it.

Please have a look at attached. 2401 V Bars is plotted, 343 is invisible. 2401 does plot the O and C, but it is almost impossible to see... probably a function of the different spacing of the bars.
I guess if the O anc C were bigger, they would be visible....

i have 2 data series on many of my charts. Like your chart, I have my 2nd series invisible.
I do not experience the same problem you do.
there must be something causing your problem that is not related to 2 data series.

If you tighten the price scale and can't see some of the bar elements distinctly, you are probably using an older version of MC.

No I am not. I am using 4.0/1724.

We reproduced behavior that you have described here. The cause for such bar plotting is that when you have two or more dataseries, they are all taken into consideration (even the ones that are hidden) to create the resulting scale and bar spacing. If you go to Format Window -> X-time scale, you will most probably see that the bar spacing is extremely small - around 1 pixel. Such bar spacing results in smaller elements of bars being invisible. It works in exactly the same way in TS.
