Portfolio Backtester

Hi Everyone,

I am trying to test one of my strategies on the portfolio backtester but am getting some really strange results.

Are there any tutorials on how to use this effectively as the multicharts help has not helped me as of yet.

The problem is that the trade sizes are ridiculously small and I can't seem to work out how to change these settings.

In the portfolio settings I have altered the risk per trade but that hasn't seemed to work.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Unfortunately, there are no tutorials for Portfolio Backtester available at the moment. We will add more videos soon.

To change the trade size in Portfolio Backtester, please right click on strategy name and go to Show Properties --> Properties --> Trade Size.
