You need to copy utility (gbak_winxp.bat, gbak_w7.bat and gbak.exe) to the directory where MultiCharts is installed. Then close MultiCharts and QuoteManager and wait till tsserver.exe process ends.
Run gbak_winxp.bat (for winxp)
Run gbak_w7.bat (for wi7)
Please go to your data base directory and rename new_TSstorage.gdb to TSstorage.gdb
