Does anyone here work with MC on a Microsoft Surface Pro tablet?
My laptop needs urgently to be replaced and I find these hybrid machines very appealing.
Since we are dealing with a touch screen device, question is always how does a non touch program behaves.
Also, since the Pro version has a pen, when using Surface has a tablet, theoretically the pen would behave like a mouse?

I can tell you the non-touch program works just like a non-touch program.
The "Touch" event can act like a mouse click.
The most powerful version of Surface Pro 3 uses the i7-4650U CPU.
For performance prediction, you can check the CPU benchmark here:

Re: surface pro 3 and multicharts
I have used remote desktop (RDP) on a Nokia tablet to remote control Multicharts running on a VPS and it works fine. I would say the experience was Ok running at 1900x1080 but the Surface Pro has a much higher resolution screen.
There may be issues with the scaling and the icons and text might be tiny. It might be worth checking for yourself if that is acceptable.
