Just replaced the 64 bit beta version running on Windows 8 with the latest release and now cannot connect to CQG for data. The 64 bit beta version worked worked fine in the same environment. Any advice would be appreciated

Hello Ax,
1) Close MultiCharts and all of its processes
2) Go to Control panel->Uninstall a program to uninstall CQG API (program name varies for different versions)

CQG trader API
CQGNet
MultiCharts API (with CQG icon)
3) Download the file from this link
4) Install the downloaded file.
5) Make a right click on MultiCharts icon->Run as administrator. Connect CQG broker profile once MultiCharts starts. (Optional) A popup will appear where you need to allow CQG API to connect to the Internet (That should be done upon first connection after API isntallation. You can start MultiCharts in regular mode after that is done).
