Hello Simon888,
Most likely, you need to enable the .NET Framework required for MultiCharts to work.
Please go to Server Manager -> Manage -> Add Roles and Features -> in Installation Type tab select "Role-based or feature-based installation" -> Features -> check .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.6.1 (or newer).
