Case when optimisation results and backtesting on chart was not equals  [SOLVED]

I made the optimization, then applied the new parameters to the signal, checked that the parameters were applied correctly. After back-testing, the result was very different from the result received during optimization.
I checked other variants which I got from the optimizer, but none of them was matched.
This is the first time I have faced such a situation. Then rebooted the MC, but it not helped at all.
How can this be ? What to do ?
