Is it possible to paper trade with licensed MC using my IQFeed subscription for real-time data but without a broker account?

yes, it is using the built-in Paper Trader broker profile.

I set up the Paper Trader broker profile. Is the same check box I have used to toggle my strategy/signals on and off when backtesting used to turn the strategy on for paper trade realtime? See attached.
