Can I edit the default code that editor editor is generating when creating a new strategy or indicator?

Hello,

Yes, you can do that if needed.
Just note that if the applied changes lead to structural errors - the script won't compile or won't work.

Thanks, but how can I do that? I tried to find StudyServer as described here viewtopic.php?f=19&t=47958 in "C:\Program Files\TS Support\MultiCharts .NET64" but there is no such folder, was it moved? No Techniques folder either. I found only "Techniques.pln" which contains PL studies.

Hello, open multicharts.net --> file --> preference --> tab "misc" there should be the folder where you save your "studies". Presumably you changed the path?

Thanks a lot! apparently I was looking in a wrong folder "C: \Program Files \..." while .template is located in "C:\ProgramData\TS Support\MultiCharts .NET64"
