Hi Support,
I found that my MC is keep connecting and reconnecting to TWS 3 times per minutes. I have attached the "Order and Position Tracker" window and you can see the log msg of the connection and disconnection.
I also use MC sendlog feature to send the log, my MC user ID is 1918022182.
Please help to support my case, my TWS is build 944.3c Apr29,2014, MC is v8.5 release (build 6851)

- Please upgrade your MC to the latest 9.0 version.
- Please upgrade your IB TWS to the latest version.
- Do you use any antivirus?

I am using IB as broker and I see some user are experience problem using MC 9 for IB connection, like this one viewtopic.php?f=1&t=47338
So I afraid I will have the same problem in MC 9 too.

Simply add 127.0.0.1 to the list of Trusted IP Addresses in API settings (IB TWS configuration) and MC 9 will work fine.I am using IB as broker and I see some user are experience problem using MC 9 for IB connection, like this one viewtopic.php?f=1&t=47338

Could disable antivirus completely, then install latest MC and latest IB TWS versions and test how it works? If the issue still persists with disabled antivirus on latest MC and latest IB TWS, please send us logs again, we will look into the files. Thank you.
